My experience has been that gas pipe and size is controlled by the gas industry therefore the appliance manufacturers will use the same fittings. Without checking this will work because the gas sizing is universal.
Even though it doesn't say it on the package, it does come with some 3/4th fittings. At least mine did when I bought it. I'd recommend buying it online, even if you plan to pick it up in store. If you find the fittings don't work for you, you can easily track your receipt with your home depot account or find your receipt in your email for a full refund. Good luck! It's always annoying when descriptions aren't clear!
The fitting is standard gas for both natural and low. Lp just changes the burner orifices
Normally, the appliance has the regulator. I would not connect any device or appliance without a regulator.
This kit is for a 3/4" line due to the higher demand for ranges and cooktops.
Each range is different as they are not universal as I found out. Check the owner's manual or call the manufacturer for the proper size.
No. The stove comes with an LP conversion kit. Basically a little bag of nozzles that you need it install in all the gas orifices.
The pipe size is determined by the maximum fuel consumption. This product has dual sized fittings to fit internal and external threads. A range uses 3/4 inch. A water heater is 1/2 inch and takes a different kit.
No this would be to dangerous you need a Shut off Valve to be up to code plus nobody going to install a Gas Oven without a shut off.
