What is the minimum detection concentration of this unit that will trigger an alarm? What standards does it meet?

I've bought this product on the 13th of Dec. I have thoroughly read the instructions before tried...

I've bought this product on the 13th of Dec. I have thoroughly read the instructions before tried it. However, after 15 sec. warm up and tested inside of house to detect the leak, yellow light lit 1 sec. and beeps twice. EVEN on 15 ft. clear air area outside of house ?! Also, I've tried it on gas stove when gas is on but not ignited, it did not lit nor beeps; 3 LED light lit in sequence. This is awkward!

you got a defective one, should have got a red led on the stove and 5 beeps. Outside can sometimes be iffy if there is a leak underground from a bad gas line or near a gas meter that is leaking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The detector I bought came in a Home-Flex package but looks exactly like this one. So I'm not sur... The detector I bought came in a Home-Flex package but looks exactly like this one. So I'm not sure which one I bought. They had brass craft detectors on the shelf below but I didn't look at them. The setup is I have gas smell at the kitchen range. Detector definitely detects gas with burner on but not lit, so it works. Checked the connection, no leaks at the wall or range. Took the burner caps and flame spreaders off and check all the jets. Center pancake griddle burner detects yellow. So either the valve is bad or there is a leak under the top (will do that tomorrow. So it worked.

A white one, Tested out ok but when it came to using it on 1/19 it did not turn on (fresh batteries). Note that HD also sells one by another vendor which is exactly the same except for color (yellow) and HD even uses the same store sku#. The yellow one has a better review..go figure that one out! I am returning the white one.
