AnswerWe don't recommend to use this product in Europe. This product can only be used in the countries that operates 110 volts. The voltage standard in Europe is between 220V ~ 240V.
Will this work for making cakes?

I received the Braun hand blender a few weeks back and have used it for many different uses. I first used the hand blender and beaker to make fruit smoothies. My 9 year old daughter was actually able to do it with little assistance. I have used the whisk attachment several times for baking. Great tool to blend butter and sugar when making cookies. The attachments goes on and comes off easily and cleans nicely in the dishwasher. The hand blender now sits right on the counter and is used often. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I have used my Braun handheld mixer to mix batters, soup purée, and to mash fruit for cooking. I am really impressed with the way it handles and how easy it is to hold. I have tendinitis so I really pay attention to how products are formed in regards to user friendliness. I received the Braun Multi quick 5 Hand Blender with Beaker and Whisk color Black it is a very great blender.The attachments click into place rather than screwing in. So, they are secure and the two push button release is easy to use, even for my weak Arthritis hands. It is very powerful. It beats my egg whites quickly with the whisk. I used the blade to coarsely puree soup in the pot. It is very ideal for that task.No more pouring into my blender to make my soup smooth.This is very user friendly. This Braun Multiquick 5 Hand Blender with Beaker and Whisk works so good it’s very light weight and it’s super easy to change the heads out with the touch of a button and I really like how well each attachment works I blended my soup I made so easy and it blended a purée I made for my little one with ease and I even made applesauce with this it made it so smooth and only took a minute I love this and the whisk is awesome it made my whipped cream so fluffy and mixed eggs I made for breakfast with ease and was super easy to detach and clean I like that I can use this right into the pot I’m cooking in it makes it so easy I liked the different speeds it has and that it’s very convenient to use I even use it instead of my blender to make my daily smoothies and it blends all the fruit with ease no chunks left behind which is great being a mom on the go all the time and I definitely recommend this to have in your kitchen it will make your life so much easier to use I know it’s made a difference for me I was surprised how good the motor is on this blender it’s pretty powerful what a great gadget to have in my kitchen . There are so many things I love about this mixer. It’s so easy to use, store and clean. It’s simple and basic. No unnecessary parts or buttons. It’s not oversized. I mix mct oil and butter into my coffee as part of my keto diet and because of the hot coffee, I can’t use other mixers with cups because the heat will cause the mixing cups to crack. With this, I just stick it directly into my coffee cup and mix/blend it that way. So much easier. I also love it for mixing cauliflower into a mash. I love this hand blender and it makes my food prep so much easier! I love that it is lightweight and so easy to use. The handle is easy to grip and with just a click you can change the speed or add accessories. I use this a lot for my morning smoothies and it works so well and blends up the ingredients so quickly. This purees fresh fruit and vegetables as well as makes it easy to whip up cream or milkshakes or whisk desserts. This is a tool I definitely recommend and it is a great high quality product!
