It probably would if you put enough weight on it, such as a few cinder blocks.
Dear Zach, thank you for your question and interest in our product. Yes, it is compatible with the Husqvarna 40" riding mower. We always recommend to check your mower towing compacity to ensure it can tow the weight.
Should attach to any riding mower or tractor that will take a standard hitch pin
I received the one in the picture.
Thank you for your question. The previous response is correct; the heads could be marked and avoided. However, we have not heard of people having issues with using a dethatcher with a sprinkler system. It will certainly not harm anything below the soil. The normal adjustment for the tines is to set them 1/2" above a paved surface. Depending on the height of any sprinkler heads, you might be able to adjust it a bit higher to 'clear' them and still have it function well. The tines themselves are made of spring steel so might also 'flex' around them. Good luck with your project and let us know what solution works best for you.
This is not a mower, nor is it motorized. It’s more resemblance to a tension structured tine tiller without any digging.
Yes. It will attach to any lawn or garden tractor with a rear hitch plate.
Yes, it does.
Home Depot offers "free assembly" on many goods. I've had a dump cart assembled by them in the past for free. I'm not sure that this is one of the items they would do though, because it's so simple. I question why you would need someone to assemble this for you. I purchased it and it took me maybe 15 minutes. There was maybe 6-8 bolts, plus nuts and washers for the tires. If you really must have it assembled, the appropriate thing to do would be to call the store, where you will have to pick it up.
