The 16-13/32 in. x 20-19/64 in. 4,000-Watt White High-Capacity Wall Heater is factory wired or 4000 watts at 240-Volt AC, but can be easily converted to half wattage, producing 1,500 watts at 208 VAC, 2,000 watts at 240 VAC or 3,000 watts at 208 VAC for versatile use. This wall heater includes an adjustable, built-in disc-type thermostat for temperature control and a steel-sheathed enclosed heating element for quick and quiet heat production. The fan also remains on as the element cools down to produce the most efficient use of the remaining warmth.

Good Heater, Bad Paint
I purchased a Broan 198 heater about 2 years ago and installed it in a small room over my garage. The room is normally not heated, but when I am going to do some hobby work, I turn on the heater. It works very well at quickly heating up the space, and the fan if fairly quiet. My only disappointment is that the paint is peeling off of the grill (see attached pictures). If it is caused from the heat, I would think that it should have been heat proof paint.

Limit trips
I purchased two brand new 198 units and both of them have the same issue. If you set them above 70 they will trip on the first cycle. If you have the cover off they operate fine. I contacted technical support and they said perhaps the blower motor which is not the case, you can feel the air with the cover off 10 ft away. There is either a design flaw with the cover restricting airflow or the limit rating is too low. These were costly for me as well because I had new electric ran from the box for each unit on its own circuit.

Heater
First heater had a defective fan and kept shutting off. This one seems fine and works consistently. Fan is still a bit loud but heating is good.

Has part failure every year.
Built my house and framed the master bathroom wall and ran 220 power to accept this specific heater. When it works it works well and does a good job of heating the large bathroom. But as I stated it doesn't last long. I built the home in 2017. And it has gone out twice as of 2020. I live in Georgia and have central heat so it's not seeing much use unless it's just one of those really cold days, I'd say less than 20 hours of run time before the part fails. I give it 2 stars because when it works, it does a good job and so far Broan has been good about sending replacement parts. However, having the heater crap out and then having to change a part on a 220v appliance after a few hours of cumulative usage isn't for everyone.
