Yes, I bought mine and was delivery within a couple of day. Easy to install.

Will I have to get inside the attic to install this? I am replacing an older one that is noisy.

Since it has to be nailed or screwed to the ceiling joists the answer is yes unless you remove and replace yhe drywall in the area below it. You also have to connect the wiring and the exhaust to the exhaust outlet to the outside. Do not just have it exhaust into your attic. The condensation from the steamy air will do major damage if not exhausted outside your house.

The fanbox has to be nailed or screwed to the wooden joists in the roof. It cannot just sit on a suspended ceiling that I am aware of.since your ceilingvtiles will not physically be covering the box they should be fine.

Electricity can KILL, best to hire an electrician if you don't have the proper tools and experience to do the work safely. Now to answer your question. Ohm's Law; Watts divided by volts = amps (current) 250w/120v = 2.8 amp for the light bulb only. Assuming you are planning to install in a home, and the only thing this circuit will be supplying is the fan/light a 15 amp breaker and 14 ga. would be the correct choice.

Can this fixture be installed without access to overhead attic?

If there is no access to the attic and the ceiling is clad in drywall or plaster and you do not want to damage it then it is not advisable to try to install it. Unless other conditions exist. 1. You are replacing an existing fan since then a vent hose will presumably be installed to reattach to the new fan and a switch controlled electrical supply line is available to supply power to the unit 2. The fan hole is large enough to reach the ceiling joists on both sides to be built in close enough to the fan to secure the fan on both sides of the framing.

I did not see the infrared bulbs for this unit at my HD, where do you get 1?

They are in the bulb isle. Look for the section of specialty bulbs, near flood lights. Maybe only one choice, hard to find.

Easy retrofit from an existing Nutone exhaust fan only. Required a slightly smaller hole but the faceplate still covered the existing ceiling opening fine. I was able to work from below without having to access from above. Slightly smaller fan than the original Nutone fan however. This was of no concern for me as I was just interested in the infrared heat lamp function. Operates very quietly. Installed over a month ago and breaks the chill of the bathroom after stepping out of the shower. It does what it is supposed to do.

This is exactly the same machine that I had installed over 10 years ago. That made part of the installation easy because I could use the screws that were already in the ceiling joists to hang the mounting rails. Also, the wiring was exactly the same so I did not have to figure anything out. The only thing to be aware of is that you need to be able to get at the unit from above. There is an attic with no floor boards above my bathroom so I could replace the unit from above. If there is a room with a floor above the bathroom, I don't think that the unit can be installed from below. I could not find a way to fit it through the hole in the ceiling. My old unit was clogged with dust and I was amazed at how much faster and better the new unit removed steam from the bathroom.

Exact replacement for 40+ year old unit, although under a different brand name. Not used as a heater -- simply a large wattage LED R40 bulb. Wiring diagram unambiguous. Used aluminum tape to seal penetrations and to rim at ceiling cutout. Did not include strain relief hardware for electrical cable. Much quieter than original unit, even when that one was new. (Replaced because fan motor was on last legs.)
