Use the Broan QTX Series Very Quiet 80 CFM Ceiling Exhaust Bath Fan with Light, ENERGY STAR Qualified to ventilate your bathroom. The fan vents moisture in bathrooms up to 70 sq. ft. It features 0.3 sones for a very quiet operation and has a plug-in, permanently lubricated motor for continuous operation. The fan includes two 18-watt fluorescent lamp bulbs.

It is not as quiet in the ceiling as it is when I tested it before the install. I had to reduce ...
It is not as quiet in the ceiling as it is when I tested it before the install. I had to reduce the opening from 6" to 4", which may be part of the reason for the increased noise.
This fan is definitely designed for new construction. I did it as a retrofit and had a fun time wrestling with it to fit the space. The wire connection "box" could have been so much better. It is ridiculously small for 3 hot wire connections. It should have also been accessible from the bottom side so that you can service the wires without having to uninstall the fan.
On the plus side you can put in any bulb you like, on the downside it is GU24, why can't they use a standard bulb. The reason I bought this fan is so that I can choose the color temperature of the light bulb. Personally I like daylight 5000K for bathrooms. For 90% of the fans that is not possible.
