Got this as a one-day deal at a great price. That was the main motivator for my purchase. Needed to replace the old fan, which had stopped working. Had to enlarge the ceiling drywall opening a bit, as this is a larger fan. They should really have a disclaimer for these fans, as some are really designed for NEW HOME construction, as this one is. It has metal tabs on the frame which are designed to have ceiling drywall placed over them (or butted up against them). So if you're remodeling, as I was, you may have to bend these tabs to make them fit through the ceiling opening, as I had to do (I had to go up in the attic to do the wiring, and drop the fan DOWN into the ceiling opening...JUST enough room between ceiling joists, which gives you an idea of how large this fan is). It also has a nightlight feature, and the bulb for this is not included. I didn't need that feature, and didn't wire it in. The other 2 lights are included, and throw a nice amount of light. The fan itself is relatively quiet, and really sucks a lot of air in a hurry...much better than my previous fan.
