The Broil King Regal S 490 PRO gas grill will help you do it all at your next backyard cookout. With 500 sq. in. of primary cooking area and another 195 sq. in. of warming rack space, this grill gives you 695 sq. in. of total space to cook for the whole family. Patented Dual-Tube stainless steel burners feature ports along each side of the burner giving you even heat distribution throughout the grill. Solid 9mm stainless steel rod cooking grates provide a great sear and the stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system instantly vaporizes juices and drippings, reducing flare-ups and infusing that unmistakable BBQ flavor back into your food.     Hi...around 30 years ago we won a Broil King Regal in a draw while living in Churchill MB (polar bear capital of the world). We now live in Selkirk MB. We still have the same Regal BBQ. Replaced the burners once and the grills a few times (thanks to the local dump!) It might look a yad worse for wear but it still performs flawlessly and cooks (and yes burns occasionally) like the trooper it is. The only real changes to it is the meat we throw on...gone are the days of moose, caribou, goose....now it is beef, pork, chicken. Anyway, thank you for a great BBQ that is standing the test of time and location. Keep up the good work Thanks John

      [Diese Bewertung wurde nach Erhalt eines Anreizes (Gutschein, Rabatt, kostenlose Probe, Gewinnspiel, Wettbewerb mit Verlosung, etc.) eingereicht.] Erst kürzlich bekommen gestaltet sich der Aufbau etwas schwierig und die Gewinde für die Seitenablagen hätten etwas besser geschnitten sein können. Ansonsten bis jetzt einfach nur ein Traum aus Edelstahl. Allerdings auch für seinen Preis.

          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this beauty just over a couple years ago after a move. The "boss" said if you're gonna buy a nice BBQ, you gotta cook for me more often. From beer can chicken, lobster, rotisserie chicken, ribs, baked brie, steaks, turkeys, prime ribs, wrapped tenderloins, potatoes, carrots, flattened chicken, basil wraps, burgers, chickens, to a variety of other meals this grill is amazingly consistent on the heat, and gets darn hot, easy to keep clean and a real joy to cook (entire meals) on. And that it's built in North America is a plus.

            I love everything about my BroilKing BBQ (Side burner, roasting, the bbq power,...) except the iron grill. A real disaster.

              Super, Erwartung voll erfüllt
              Vor zwei Wochen bestellt und direkt aufgebaut. Aufbau mit nem Kumpel ohne Hektik und Probleme in 60 Minuten. Materialqualität war bei mir ohne Mängel. Pulverlack macht einen guten Eindruck. Wirklich robuster und wertiger Gesamteindruck. Sehr hohe Heizleistung - 350°C+ bei 4 Grad Außentemperatur absolut kein Problem. Die ersten Steaks sind perfekt geworden (mit Edelstahl Plancha rechts). Gönnt euch ein solches Gerät - ich bereue nur, dass ich nicht schon früher aufgerüstet habe!!

                Super Grill, fast perfekt
                Bekam den Grill von meiner Frau zum Geburtstag, wirklich ein tolles Gerät. Mit der Leistung bin ich mehr als zufrieden. ALLES gelingt perfekt, Steaks, Gemüse, Fisch, der Weihnachtstruthahn am Drehspiess - einfach super. Der hintere Brenner ist für alle Braten ideal. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es: Die Rollen sind für das Gewicht nicht ausreichend ausgelegt, bei Transport des Grilles über einen Terassenbodem ging leider eine Rolle zu Bruch. Hier andere Rollen in der Produktion einzusetzen (Kostenfaktor ca. 10 Euro mehr), und alles wäre perfekt.

                Sehr guter, stabiler und leistungsstarker Grill
                Es gibt einige Hersteller die gute Grills bauen aber der Broil King Regal hat mir am besten gefallen und dazu war er meiner Meinung nach der stabilste Grill und die Leistung ist auch recht gut.

                Ich habe mir den Regal 490 pro gekönnt, weil eine 11kg Gasflasche reinpasst, weil er einen Backburner hat, weil er einfach genial ist! Ich könnte mir im Unterbau noch ein paar Ablageregale vorstellen, da fehlt mir etwas. Ich hoffe das der Grill ein paar Jahre hält und nicht wie der Vorgänger (von einem anderen Hersteller) nach drei Jahren wegen Rost schlapp macht.

                  Everything You Put On The Grill Turns Out Perfect
                  When your cooking with a natural gas BBQ you better have a minimum of 50,000 BTU's coming from just your main burners and the grill area for 50,000 BTU's better not exceed 500sq. inches. If the grill size is 600 plus sq. inches then you positively need 55,000 to 60,000 BTU's or your going to constantly encounter cooking problems every time you use that BBQ. My Broil King Natural Gas 490 PRO has 50,000 BTU's coming from it's four main burners and my grill area is 500q. inches. It cooks everything you put on the grill to perfection even if your a novice barbecuer. Just heat it up with the lid down to 550F to 600F and open the lid and turn it down to medium and start cooking with the lid up. The Broil King is by far the easiest BBQ I have ever cooked on and it does a super great job in cold weather. My Daughter and Son in Law recently purchased the 590 Pro and we all agree - Everything you put on the grill just turns out Perfect. I recommend this product to all.
