Burns pellets
No matter what I do, the pellets burn and create a horrible eye watering smelly thick white smoke. High temp, low temp, medium temp to low temp. One end burns then ruins whatever is on the grill. Do not recommend

Pellets will not continue to burn
Tried three different pellet brands, started each with propane torch. pellets would burn, then go out. Not happy with this product.

Excellent quality, adding nice smoke flavour.
Used it for the first time today with Broilking hickory pellets. Smoke flavour was amazing on the chicken I grilled. Another awesome accessory from Broilking!

Great smoker tray. I like it better than the tubes. Quality Stainless steel. You do need to place the tray across the grates or it tips. I have utilized the smoke tray for several months.
Get one and you’ll like it.
