The most common cause of leaks with this product is that the T-valve has not been shut off. If it is not shut off the build up of pressure can damage the integrity of the product and cause a leak.

This product is easy to install and seems to be well made but the supply hose is way to stiff and a little short to use easily. Also the clip that holds the spray head on the tank does not fit my tank as the lip of the tank has a step (not straight sided) causing the clip to stand higher and the tank lid now sits 1/2" higher on that side. I will be returning this unit.
