Works as advertised. Comes in white.
Everything required for installation will be included in the product package. The included hose is able to reach a standard toilets fill valve which should be located on the left underside of your toilet tank. The included hot hose is 6 feet long, if you are in need of longer hot water tubing, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org Additionally, please find an installation video for this attachments sister model which shares identical installation steps: https://youtu.be/6SdO8vFfonw
The dual temperature version of the SouthSpa will be able to get hot water from a nearby sink. (within 6 feet) However, the ambient temperature version is not designed for hot water.
It's difficult to measure once installed. Somewhere between 5-6' in length. I believe the directions give the diameter if you need a longer one. I no longer have them (recycled)
The question was CAN the same type of water line be used on both sides, meaning are the fittings the same size at the main unit? I've been using reinforced-braided lines on the hot side and cold side for all sinks and fixtures without failure. The vinyl or plastic only tend to have higher failure rates in comparison to a reinforced braided hose. A reinforced hose makes more sense when if it gets warm/hot compared to a plastic only hose. Take for example an auto exhaust pipe, under great heat, they are made of steel instead of plastic.
Easy to install and works great!
