I have already recommended this product to other family members, it is that good! This is the first time I have ever used a bidet, and as other reviewers have said, you will never go back. This one has all of the options you could want and, from my point of view, is very reasonably priced. Excellent quality and a breeze to install, everything gets hand-tightened only, zero tools required (I thought I was being smart and pro-active, and installed a T at the water source for the bidet attachment before it got delivered. Don't! They include a T that attaches at the toilet tank!).. The strength of the arm attachment is a relief as I have a toddler in the house and was a little concerned that he might damage it, but it is sturdy and strong. The power cord could be a little longer; my outlet is about sink height and on the opposite side of where the cord attaches to the bidet, so I am using every inch of cord and can't hide it behind the toilet like I wanted to. I am so glad I took my time researching and chose this one.

I own another brand bidet seat so this review is a comparison between the Old and New. The Brondell(new) was easy to install with clear instructions. The control panel is nicely configured and easy to read. The length and width of the control panels are 11" x 2-1/2"(New) vs 9-1/2" x 2-1/2"(Old). The control features are very similar between the New and Old. The added built in nightlite{blue} is a nice feature which the Old does not have. The maximum water pressure of the sprayer of the New is less than the Old by as much as one half, a point I dislike about the Brondell. Also, whereas in the Old the water temperature remains consistent throughout the entire time of the spray cycle, the New loses it initial water temperature only after 10-15 seconds then drops suddenly to room temperature and remains so the rest of the wash cycle, a big negative point. Therefore, I can only give it 3 stars. Otherwise, it is an attractive addition to my guest bathroom. I have owned this Brondell for about 3 weeks and will give it the test of time.

No more toilet paper or at least much less.
I bought this bidet solely to decrease the use of toilet paper. My sewer line keeps getting clogged by the neighbor's tree roots. So, I figured that I would decrease toilet paper to prevent clogs. Saves trees and don't have to buy as much toilet paper. I think over a couple years, the bidet will pay for itself in savings of toilet paper. I can see why they are to prominent in Japan, cut down on toilet paper (paper products are scarce in Asia) and their culture of cleanliness. The Brondell bide 708 lots of features. Heated seat, night light, adjustable position of stream forward/aft, heat/power adjustments, etc. Bidet toilet seat seems well made and well designed. Cleaning stream is very powerful and heated seat is quite good. However, the heated water doesn't seem to last that long, but the water temperature is not as noticeable as I thought it would be. I did a lot of research and for the price this one has a lot of value. It is one of the few companies that have a round toilet seat option. Installation was breeze. Took about 15-20 minutes and I was just moving slow. No hassles. It comes with all the necessary fittings and hoses to install it. My only advice is that an elongated electronic toilet seat is better than round because of the size. The round size works, but definitely cuts down on the toilet seat size because of all the mechanicals. If I was to do it again, I would get it for an elongated toilet.

have a plan
Our first bidet and we are appreciating it as we figure it out. I hope the plastic smell when heating the seat or drying will fade.Plan ahead before picking one up. If you have a small toilet you will lose a lot of real estate and the lid will extend a fair bit out when down and up when in use. If your outlet is on the left facing the unit you will lose half the cord length of getting across.

This is one of the best things I have ever invested in. Those mornings sitting down on a cold toilet seat are over. This is the best thing to happen in my life. My sisters and I fight in the mornings to use the toilet seat first. The bidet feature is also very nice and efficient. I've never felt my butt this clean before. The warm water is also a pleasant feature and the fact that you can control the pressure and temperature of the water is great. There is also a Massage feature as well as and air dry feature which is cool too. I give this product 5 stars. You feel like royalty when you sit on this thing. It's great.

Great bang for your bum! Fantastic way to clean up, and reduce the impact on the environment and paper products. Only hitch I had was the “T” included in the kit is for the older standard bottom tank valve connection. Had to go purchase a new “T” to connect on my existing valve. They have one available online but who wants to wait?

Best Improvement to My Health!
Bought previous model 2-3 years ago. Use it multiple times per day. Having Ulcerative Colitis, this bidet has only improved my personal hygiene! Love it! Not only save on toilet paper, but much less “friction” on the bottom!
