Not the right height.
We like the bed frame but when we got it, the height of the headboard is 42” tall and it says 72” on the website. About two and half feet missing out of the head board. Normally wouldn’t be an issue to buy some wood to make the legs longer but the upholstered wings that’s (in picture) is too short. So we returned it. Disappointed! Not sure what wrong, if the wrong parts were put in or if the web site was wrong.

Excellent product Value
First - all the parts were included and the set arrived very quickly (ahead of schedule).
I am very impressed with the value and quality of this set for the price.
It was moderately easy to assemble - my friend and I both women in our 60s put it together in about 2 hours. We did use a drill which I highly recommend.
The only improvement would be to label the individual pieces with not only Left/Right but with their corresponding part letter.

Color not like picture
I purchased the cream and the color is not what was pictured. It is much darker for a “cream” color. Also 2 pieces were missing from the box so I was unable to put the bed together. Still waiting to see if the vendor will send me the missing pieces.

Easy to set up.
This was super easy to assamble it can be done with just one person. A drill will make it easier but I’m sure it can be put together with out it. The quality of the wood is pretty good and the fabric for the head is so ellegant.

Cute bed!
I bought this bed for my daughters room and it’s super cute. It was easy to put together - we actually had fun doing it. It says to use it without a box spring and while it’s absolutely perfect without one, she chose to use hers and it still looks great!

Poor quality and safety issues
This is the third platform bed I have purchased in the last 10 years. This bed was a complete disappointment. Very poor quality materials and bed is wobbly and bolts don't match up to holes. Floor supports are a hazard and located so you easily hit your foot and toes. I have bumped into the middle support at least daily and broke a toe getting up at night in the dark. Getting rid of it but even the thrift stores won't take it as a donation.
