Can this be installed over in floor heating
Asked by: Mtking
Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to post your question. Our engineered hardwood floors can be installed over radiant heat provided that temperature does not exceed 85 degrees and the heating system is embedded in the subfloor. Have a great day.

Looking at the picture sample and the picture of the display room it seems that this Birch flooring is rather consistent in its color, without a lot of variants, is my assumption correct? I was considering Maple flooring which I have seen a lot of and was quite surprised at the huge color discrepancies in the one customer's photo. Is Birch a softer wood, hence the 15-year wear warranty?
Asked by: Sazall
Good morning. Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. With birch flooring variation in color is a possibility. Birch can have a similar look to maple with planks running from a brown tones to the lighter yellowish tones. The photo does not really do a very good job of showing the possibilities in the flooring. Birch is the softest of the hardwood floors that we offer. I hope this information is helpful. Have a great day.
