ordered 2 letter holders and only 1 came with mounting screws. called the company and they sent replacement scres but the original screws were chrome and he ones they sent were black which look ugly witjh the grey holders.

Great solution

Excellent product!
These are really heavy-duty. Price is high, but you'll probably never have to replace one. Worth the money if you need a long-lasting, high-quality product.

Picture not true to color
My only issue is with the description of color. These are said to be Platinum, which I interpreted to be a silver color. They are more of a taupe (brown/gray) color. Overall, the file boxes themselves seem to be sturdy and of good quality with a sleek design.
