I'm not sure how to rate this, since it appears to be well made, however the width of the blades (hole diameter) is 7 inches instead of the advertised 5.5 inches! The whole reason I bought this model was for the 5.5 inch diameter holes it would dig!!

MADE TO DIG
The Bully Tools 5.5 inch Post Hole Digger with Fiberglass Handles is a solidly built, well balanced digging machine. The heavy gauge blades and fiberglass handles feel solid, transfer less impact vibration than expected and grip a good load with each plunge. As a "senior citizen", I am well satisfied with taking less than five minutes to dig a hole 26 inches deep, and to do it with an American made tool.
This is great for making post holes, but it is also great for making holes to plant bushes and tomato plants. The fiberglass handles, unlike the old wooden handles, will make it last a very long time. The wooden handles didn't need to be left out in the rain. They would pick up the moisture in the air and weather until they cracked and broke.
The only thing I can see wrong is the grip should go down the handle further.
Best of all they are "American Made:.
I was excited to get this because of the shed build I have going on. I needed to put in some 4x4 post in and really did not want to rent another auger. I have hard Ohio clay and, but after hold in this digger in my hands, I knew it would work great. It says it's 14 gauge, but it feels thicker. Points have a nice edge and the handles have a wood core with a fiberglass shell that will hold up to the abuse, but still not leave blisters all over your hands. Also has rubber grips for added comfort. The one thing I can say is that you ca tell it's made in th USA because of the solid build. Worth every penny!
