Light fixture itself is beautiful, crystals are cloudy. Contacted carnarm customer service, and was told they could not replace them because is it a discontinued chandelier. Bought new crystals through Amazon.

beautiful chandelier!
My only complaint about this chandelier was the packaging. a few of the crystals were chipped. Luckily, you can't notice it . Also, the material used for the rings the crystals hang from could be of better quality.

So much better looking in person.
I got this chandelier 3 years ago. I added shades to is to dress it up. I cant stand looking at naked light bulbs. it did take a little time to put it together. but it is amazing. and looks fabulous in my dinning room.

Fabulous look for the price
This chandelier is beautiful. It is very "Paris Flea Market" style. It's a nice size, not too small and the crystals are glass and very good quality. I bought this for my parents house 3 years ago and I liked it so much I've waited 4 months for it to come back in stock so I could get one for my own dining room. If you know what you're doing, you could probably install it yourself. However, I had my electrician do the job, because I wanted to be sure it was done right. He did not have any problems installing. You have to put the crystals on, but there is a diagram. I put the crystals on myself after it was hung and had great fun doing so. I loved watching the chandelier take shape as I added the the sparkling crystals one by one. There are a substantial amount of crystals, which makes this light quite breathtaking. To address some of the comments by other reviewers: The metal finish is not shiny, it is a dull brown color, a little lighter than bronze. This finish complements the crystals well. This is a great fixture for an older house. Looks great dimmed or at full brightness. It's very Old World and will add charm and elegance to any room. I'm very puzzled by the reviewers who did not like it. I am extremely pleased -- otherwise why would I buy second one!

Great value
This chandelier is such a steal for the price that it is. It takes a little while to assemble all of the crystals, but I love the way it looks. So thankful that it was available again after some time of being out of stock!

Good Looking Chandelier
Paid someone to install and said it was fairly simple per the instructions. It takes a little time to attach all the crystals, need a little patience for this. Very happy with it, great value! Looks just like the picture on the website. Love it!

Just hung my second one so that they hang at my entryway and in the living room
I just had my electrician install my second exact, same chandelier! I hung the crystals on both myself. You must have patience and nimble fingers, but it is totally do-able for the amateur (like me!)
I have waited my whole life (63 and counting) to have a chandelier, and now I have two in the same open space area. They were meant to be with my many antiques. I am just so happy. I really did my homework on price and HOME DEPOT rocks! This is a bit lengthy, but I just love my chandeliers!!!!!!!

BEAUTIFUL !!!!!!!
I had my electrician install my first ever chandelier and then I installed all the glass crystals. It is so beautiful One piece was broken, but I had just enough to put it together. I LOVE HOME DEPOT! Great value for the price and I really shopped around. The bronze metal looks so great with my antiques.
