Great unit, assembly is quite involved but well laid out (no description, just pictures but that was more than enough) and very detailed. We live in the Pacific Northwest and a high wind area on Hood Canal. Had a few windy days and it felt very sturdy... no shaking, rattling, etc. Our roofline is lower (94") than the minimum requirements for this product, but I emailed the company beforehand to ask if it was technically possible to go lower. They said it was but they didn't recommend it and it would void the warranty. We took the risk and have absolutely no regrets so far (we also don't get much snow, so we weren't as concerned about snow load). Very pleased with this product.
