I LOVE this pan. It’s not only beautiful, but also the ceramic makes it super easy to clean by hand. This is a quality product. I know I’ll have this for many years, and maybe I’ll give these pans as a gift too. The only issue is that they claim to be 9” pans, but they are actually 9.5” or larger. This makes your cakes lower in height, but I bought 2 pans so I could layer.
