no you would have to ventilate the generator, the cover does not have ventilation so while running no but you could build a housing to sit the generator in side of . if not runnind the generator then yes it should be water resistant.
22" wide, 20" deep and 18 " high. There is very strong elastic around the opening. These measurements are approximate because it was too cold outside to take the cover off and make exact measurements but they are very close!

Their is a cover at Home Depot for that model and it is durable and fits great.... also love the generator ! AC
