Delivered parts do not match the manual (in box B). One of the tower frame has incorrect bottom parts which prevent installation of foot levers. It's quite disappointing after you removed everything from your old closed and waiting for the new ones to be installed. Yes, I checked there are three boxes before installation, but you can't check every piece of parts. I might update this after I get response from the company.

We got the this Closet organizer for one of our bedrooms. I thought it was pretty straight forward to install and was actually pretty easy. The snap system allows you to reconfigure the system easily without having to unscrew anything. As with most things the first time you setup a storage system you usually want to adjust it after some use. I would recommend this product.

A 4-ft Closet System Changed My Life
I must say I LOVE my new closet system. I’ve been using a room in our home as my closet/dressing room (It’s a long story.) Nevertheless, I needed a better way to hang my clothes and store my accessories than what you see in the before picture. This closet system was the answer to my prayers.
It arrived in three clearly labeled boxes, but there were instruction manuals only in boxes B and C. You should definitely unpack everything before you start. It just makes things easier. A friend suggested I assemble the drawers first. I’m glad I did because 2 of my 3 drawers were missing the bottom panel. However, the response I received and the resolution were prompt and satisfactory. I assembled it by myself, but it took MUCH longer than I expected. The case of the missing drawer bottoms had me in a tailspin for a minute, but I got back on track. I had to take a break or two because I had the frames upside down and a couple of other mishaps. As I made progress, I felt some satisfaction with each portion that was completed (frame assembly, wall mounting, adding shelves/drawers, etc.). Moving shelves around was simple and the soft-close drawers seal the deal.
The final system looks amazing. It doesn’t change the fact that my clothes in a different room than where I sleep, but it sure is pretty. Honestly, I went in there quite a few times the evening I assembled it and the next morning just to admire my work. The clean lines of the system, the all-white components, and satin nickel hardware make me smile. Also, it doesn’t hurt that it’s about 4ft of space, but holds so much more than I expected. There’s a lot of weight on those rods, but they’re holding up. It's been 2 weeks and I’ve not yet figured out what I want as my final configuration, so I’m seeing how the is one feels for a while before I change it up. That’s the beauty of having a system like this, I can assemble the other drawer if I need to . . . or not. I dig it. I was given this product for free, but reviewed genuinely based on its use.

Guest Closet Overhaul
My guest room closet was in need of organization. This system allowed me to create that space. I found that the system was easy to assemble. The vertical rails were easy to attach to the wall due to the anchor sets. It took a bit longer to assemble the drawers. I like the flexibility to reconfigure the system. As well as the option to purchase additional items to add to the kit, as my needs change. I was given this product for free but reviewed genuinely based on its use.

My review is focused on package identification, packaging, instructions, and assembly.
Liberty does a good job in identifying which components and package identification for the closet design you have chosen. Each package is easily identified and includes a contents list on the package. Products are packed well for shipment. Each package includes the hardware and a set of instructions for assembly.
I recommend reading the instructions first. To assist in your assembly, identify and mark the pages which apply to your closet configuration. We used Post-it Notes so we could quickly go the applicable page as we needed.
The products are made precisely to fit together. The items align perfectly with little or no gaps. Be patient and don't try to hurry putting this together.
The closet system allows you to configure and reconfigure to fit your applications. Liberty has many options you can add later. Should you want to redesign in the future, you can easily take the system down to the frame and start over with ease.

These closet packages are wonderful quality. They are not a simple hour project. Plan for a few hours, especially if you are replacing or taking apart an existing closet. You will need to secure the side braces to the wall. The package comes with levelers and clamps to secure to the wall. The quality is great. I also like the modifications you can make to suit your closet and storage needs. The smaller boxes come with shelves and clothes hanger rods. You can adjust the height of each shelf and the possibilities are almost endless. We will be using these packages again!

Easy to customize, easy install - closet just for me
We are so impressed with this closet system. It is made of aluminum which makes it very lightweight and extremely sturdy. The installation said it would take an afternoon to install it, but my husband completed it in less than 2 hours while constantly saying he was so impressed with the material and ease of the installation. The system came in three separate boxes and was packaged extremely well keeping all the pieces separate to prevent any damage. This made it extremely easy when installing. We really love the adjustable feet and the fact that you can move the hanging rods and shelves anywhere within the system. The rods are very sturdy, and we are so happy that our system came with three. We wanted this system for my stepson who moved back in with us after college. To give him his own space we converted our basement into another bedroom, but it didn’t have a closet. This system is perfect because it can stand on its own or go in a closet. We love that because we can move it upstairs into another bedroom or my stepson can take it with him. I was given this product for free but reviewed genuinely based on its use. I highly recommend this product and we plan to purchase additional systems to add onto this one.

Perfect Solution
I got the 4ft Traditional Closet organizer. It arrived in 3 very sturdy boxes. This was very easy to put together by myself. The instruction booklet was very helpful, however I had to watch the pictures carefully as to not put in some of the stabilizer bars backwards. I loved the flexibility in being able to configure the shelves and drawers to where I desired to have them placed. And also love that because of the easy snap system with the shelves and drawers that I can easily move them in the future if my needs change. The only issue I had was that one of the drawer bottoms did not fit into the routed groove. I had to sand a small area of the groove to get the drawer bottom to fit in correctly. I had a few pieces of hardware leftover when my project was done. I am not sure if it was because they gave a few extra pieces or if I missed something. It would have been helpful to have the amount of hardware items listed in the hardware sections of the instruction booklet. Overall I am very happy with the product. It seems like very sturdy materials and I love the soft close drawers. I am using the closet organizer as a free standing unit in my "bonus" room that does not have any closet in it. I use this as a guest room occasionally, and it will now be nice to be able to offer company a place to hang their clothes and put things away in drawers. I was given this product for free, but reviewed genuinely based on it’s use.
