Is the extended hose not included?? It says its able to pull down but another comment says otherwise.
The hose included is our standard hose that sits at a little over 22 inches. When pulling down, it extends to another 4 inches. The other comment seems to have been looking for a much more extensive pull down for their sink, which we sadly do not offer.
