The edges are reinforced and it's able to let air pass through. This not only means increased strength and longevity but less strain on the fence too on those windy days. I'm not sure how long this would last but supposedly it's tear and UV-resistant as well as quality rust-resistant grommets. Personally I would take it down in the winter as that's when plastic becomes the most brittle, but that's just general wisdom and not the manufacturer's instruction. It's barely see-thru. If you come close enough you can tell there is someone moving but you won't be able to distinguish who it is. You don't really need any skill level to install this whatsoever; though a second person helping to hold it is nice. Definitely not the best value.

At first glance this would seem to be an over-glorified tarp. However, the edges are reinforced and its able to let air pass through. This not only means increased strength and longevity but less strain on the fence too on those windy days. It sure beats the privacy slats and if I had enough fencing I'd most likely use this all around my entire property.

Good quality rivets. Good quality seams. Material also feels like durable quality. Privacy is adequate. There are actually propane tanks behind the netting in my pic that can barely be recognized. Can confirm fabric does block wind well as the area shown in my pics is often, and was, quite breezy. It blocks the sun equally as well. I would definitely recommend.

I thought this Colour Tree 6 ft. x 10 ft. Green Privacy Fence Screen with Reinforced Grommets would be a great addition to an area between a shed I just built and our fenced patio to give a little more privacy. Unfortunately, I guessed wrong about the size I needed: 10 feet was not long enough to span the 12 feet between the shed and the patio fence, so I started looking for other places to make use of this privacy screen. It would fit between a post at our entryway and an adjacent wall which would give us a private area in the front of the house, but that would require building some kind of frame to support it. The winds get pretty strong in that area as they are funneled between two gables of the roof so the frame would have to be very strong. I gave up on that for now and decided to see if I could use it over my utility trailer. The 6 foot side was too narrow to span the 80 inch width of the trailer so I put the 10 foot side across the trailer so it covers the front 6 feet of the trailer bed. For now, that's the best I could do. Things would have worked much better if I had ordered the 12 foot wide screen.
The product itself is well-made and the grommets are very sturdy. If you order one of these, I'd recommend you measure your intended location very carefully as these privacy screens cannot easily be shortened or lengthened. I thought that this was going to include extra strong cable ties for installing it but those are apparently only included with the 50 foot long screens.

The " COLOURTREE GREEN PRIVACY FENCE SCREEN HDPE MESH WINDSCREEN WITH REINFORCED GROMMETS " is a ok screen. I did put " not recommended" because after install and the last wind storm we had, 4-grommets let go. It is light-weight but pretty sturdy. Like I said it was the grommets not the material. It was not the corners but in the middle where the issue is, because the corners have plenty of reinforcement! Easy to use and install. I wish mine came with either zip ties which it is supposed to come with. Again minor things but a good screen.

My wife and I moved from the city to the mountains so we could get away from the crowds. We enjoy privacy and that was a big plus for making the move. When we moved, the property had not been properly maintained for awhile so we began doing some “forest management” and we cut out many problem trees. Unfortunately, when we did that, it opened up some spaces in the woods which left some gaps that our neighbors can look through if they tried. There are various sizes of openings in the trees so we decided to try some privacy fencing to see if that would block the views while blending into the surrounding trees. This privacy screen is 6 feet by 10 feet and is green in color so it blends nicely into the trees. The material is a sturdy mesh and it has reinforced edges. The outside edge also has brass grommets that allows you to tie up the fencing in whatever area you want. We strategically placed this fencing and it has helped to block our view between us and the neighbors. So far, we have not had any extreme weather so the fencing has not been put to the test but it does seem sturdy enough to withstand the elements. I would definitely recommend this screen.

This is a very nice deep green color that will blend with most yards. It's not solid, so while it does provide some privacy, it wouldn't be private enough for dressing or such activities. It is made of thick, good quality mesh. The edges are sewed covered with strong binding tape, and are carefully sewn. The grommets seem strong and very well fastened.
