The interior dimensions (measured between the posts) are smaller than 10 ft × 12 ft, which is why some customers measure approximately 9 ft × 11 ft inside the structure. This is intentional. The advertised size represents the total footprint of the gazebo, allowing customers to accurately plan the overall space required for installation. If the distance between the posts were a full 10 ft × 12 ft, the overall roof dimensions would be larger, and customers who prepared only a 10 ft × 12 ft area would not have enough space to install the gazebo.
