AnswersThere is a black tab on the top of the can above the trigger. It says "Tear Off Tab." Lift it up and it should snap off. The trigger is then operable.

I can’t say enough about this product as I feel that it is a must have for anyone doing electronics or mechanical work involving small parts. As a master clockmaker and repairman, I can tell you from experience, that this is the stuff that has the power to get into the cracks and crevices that requires a complete cleaning.
Please be sure when you used to stuff is not to shake the can. Let it do it’s thing and you be one satisfied repairman.
