A: The mesh floor is raised 2-3” above the bottom of the shank. But there are braces and bolts that extend down from the floor, to about the same elevation as the shank. In my Camry the bolt ends scrape the ground once in awhile, like at the end of my banked driveway, or driving up a ferry boat loading ramp. It doesn’t seem to hurt it, just makes noise and makes a mark.
A: It fits a 1-1/4” receiver without an adapter. The included adapter is for 2” receivers.
A: Depends on where your hitch sits. If it sits too high it will not allow clearance for your hatch to open. We do not have information specific to your vehicle at this time.
A: CURT does not offer a way to use this simultaneously with a bike rack.
