Great except for the constant freezing up.
We absolutely love this refrigerator especially with the Keurig coffee center in the front. It looks beautiful and it functions excellent except for the freezer door that freezes shut probably once every 6 months. It's very frustrating! Everything has to come out and then we have to thaw it out. We have wood flooring that is getting warped from the dripping. Had people out twice to try to fix it. Now we just accept that it's something we have to do every 6 months. I hate to get rid of it but maybe it's time to try a different brand unfortunately.

If the freezer drawer is stuck closed and will not open, there is likely moisture that has frozen inside the freezer that is preventing the drawer from opening. Great look !
Absolutely love the look and feel of this unit.
Only I device for 30 days - so longevity can not be evaluated .
Stays cold and all components work properly
Always annoyed when I see extra foam that was not properly addressed by quality control - but this seems to be an issue with all brands ?
I did purchase an extended service plan due to the complexity of the unit - this fridge provides hot water , makes coffee and has WI-FI - so I can monitor remotely
So far - I truly like this product

I love everything about my GE cafe appliance package the refrigerator with the Hot water / coffee attachment is my favorite ! They are beautiful to look at! The wifi capability lets me heat my hot water from bed !

Great features but low quality
We love the look and features but have problems with water leaks in the front door. Also very low-quality build. The chrome trim on the inside shelves is stick-on and all shelves trim is delaminating and peeling off! This issue should be covered under warranty for a refrigerator less than 5 years old!

Marketed as "counter depth" but is not.
This unit's depth is 28.375 inches without the door handles. A standard U.S. residential counter depth is 24 inches. Our previous refrigerator's depth was 26 inches. It's not a deal breaker and isn't too obtrusive. Just remember marketing terms mean nothing. Measure twice - buy once.
Overall it's a nice unit with great features and has been reliable.

Nice but not high end
I’ve owned less expensive refrigerators in the past, LG being the most recent, and was more pleased. The GE Cafe is esthetically very nice and the technical features such as measuring your water, making coffee, etc are wonderful. However, it is NOT smudge proof which is one thing we were told was a feature. It smudges very easily and cannot be cleaned with stainless steel cleaner as that makes it work. The other issue is the ice dispenser. The ice, without fail, falls onto the ground every time. It shoots in different directions and continues to shoot out even after the lever is released. I pick ice up toys off of the ground every single day, now I have ice in addition :(

Quality refrigerator!
We’ve had the Cafe with Keurig feature almost a month now. It is beautiful, and the layout gives more room than our old side by side, so easy to find everything! The app with Alexa works perfectly for heating the water for coffee! I wish it was fingerprint resistant, but other than that we really love our new refrigerator!

Lovely Refrigerator
I just received the fridge and am happy beyond my expectations. I've loaded it up, and it's roomy, easy to move shelves. It's pretty quiet, much quieter than my last fridge. I've made coffee, which is just....wow!! Looks beautiful with the Cafe ovens. Could not be more happy with our selection of the GE Cafe appliances!
