Beautiful
I bought this to match my updated kitchen decor. it is beautiful! it has a log=t more room than my larger refrigerator since we choose to have the water disposer on the inside instead of outside the door. the freezer is smaller but we don't need a large freezer. My only complaint is the term that it is" customized" in the add. It is customizable but at a added charge. Ive had to order the handles that will match my kitchen, after the fact, when I thought I was ordering the colored handles as part of the original order. The ice maker is very loud but I'm getting used to it now. I wanted this particular look so I paid for for it!

Be careful with those door bins
Great looking and performing product. Only issue is that clear plastic door bins are susceptible to cracking because they are thin where they bear the load of what you put in them. They replaced mine, no problem under warranty.

Ferrari among others
This refrigerator is like Ferrari, and the price fully reflects its quality. It's big, It's convenient.
Fits plenty of stuff although countertop depth. It's not hand-prints resistant as stated in the description. For cleaning this surface you need 2 cloths, microfiber, to wipe and polish after, so the cleaned spot is not visible.
I am not using hot water since it takes too much time.
My external kettle will heat the water faster, however, it's a good feature. It wasn't a priority for me anyway.
You don't have to always open both doors if you remember where is your stuff. However, the door always needs to be pushed until the end. They will not just close by themselves.
My biggest frustration until today is that installers removed the plastic foil so rapidly that in some parts it's still there, and it's hard to remove. I don't want to use a knife or anything sharp to not scratch the surface, but I'm hoping that this will somehow come off easier with some time.
Nevertheless, after one month of usage, I can confirm it's worth the money. It's a very nice piece of furniture in my kitchen. I recommend it to other customers.

Not again
To be honest i was attracted to the look of this refrigerator and did not thoroughly investigate before purchasing. The refrigerator section is very shallow and does not hold much food. The produce drawers are pretty much useless if you purchase salad in a carton. The freezer holds the ice maker which has not produced any ice in the two months we have actually lived in our home. We have had to have the repairman over to try and get the freezer door to stay closed so it will not frost and not alarm. While it no longer seems to frost, the door still does not easily close and stay closed.

This is the noisiest refrigerator on planet earth
My new cafe refrigerator never stops shaking, humming or vibrating. I’m constantly having to move items on shelves or adjust the placement of the shelves in the doors to try and quiet the intolerable noise. Nothing works for long. I have even resorted to lining some of the shelves with drawer liner foam but it doesn’t help. From what I can tell it just vibrates too much so their is no chance for the numerous parts to have sit quietly like they should. I’m saving up to buy something new. It makes me so sad especially since we bought the corresponding dish washer and stove to go with it.
I would also like to mention that the water service is located in a wacky spot that is uncomfortable to access and use and requires that you put both of your arms into the refrigerator to try and push the button and hold the glass. The ice maker doesn’t make much sense either

Great looking fridge with great storage
Really good looking fridge. No issues with scratches. It has a great capacity. Water button is easy to press. I just wish the side was also white. You can see the black peeking out here

Beautiful outside… cheap inside
The style of this fridge is all you are paying for. Everything inside is standard and EXACTLY like every other cheaper fridge out there. When I pull out the freezer drawer it feels wobbly and super cheap. The fridge came with a massive dent in the side, a loose screw stuck behind one of the shelf tracks inside, a crooked hinge cover, a control panel that sticks out from the door, and a huge paint blemish on the front. They are charging WAY too much for something that is ALL just style.
