The Cal Flame Bistro 404 BBQ island has a unique two side Bar table that can comfortably seat up to 3 people on each side. It comes standard with a G4 burner grill 45,000 BTU with 800 sq. ft. of cooking , Thermometer and a 27 in. Stainless Steel access door to a storage area . Base is built with 16 Gage Galvanized metal, Hardi-board covered with durable Ameristone Stucco in stony creek with elegant 3 ft. bottom trim that matches the Countertop which is designed with 12 in. porcelain Tile in Cream color for perfect match to any backyard decor or style. A licensed contractor must connect any electrical, water, natural gas or propane hook-ups at the Buyers expense. Refer to Buyer Delivery Instructions for more information.

    A:  This grill is not customizable. However there is a Natural Gas Conversion kit available if you would like to use this grill as NG. Home Depot Model# BBQ07101045.

      A:  The island comes in one assembled piece, the grill is separate and needs to be dropped into place. We recommend hiring a local moving company to assist in placing the island into its final destination.
