We returned this product. It was delivered to us in a huge 90ft crate box & left in our driveway....
We returned this product. It was delivered to us in a huge 90ft crate box & left in our driveway. We were told by Cal Flame that we were to assemble it our self even though thier booklet that comes attached to the product said one of there reps assembles it. This product weighs 900 lbs. How are two normal people suppose to carry it & assemble it. After speaking with a manager at Cal Flame, Karen, she said "sorry you were missed lead". "Home Depot should not have had that booklet attached to that product". I then explained to Karen that the booklet had to be attached because it included the directions. She had no answer nor response to that question. Needless to say my husband & I were very disappointed. Home Depot helped us out & had the product removed from our drive way. We will not be purchasing anything from Cal Flame. Poor customer service & very misleading.
