This grill is ready to go using Liquid Propane. A licensed contractor must connect any electrical, water, natural gas or propane hook-ups at the buyers expense. This was the perfect 4 burner grill for our backyard. Cal Flame brand came highly recommended and the island synthetic wood sides were a great complement to our new patio furniture. The only complaint was the requirement to have the heavy island and grill need strong helpers to move and set up after delivery. Not hard to install once in place but required conversion kit to change from LG to NG.
