    Q:Just to confirm this is a regular GAS propane tank and NOT a liquid gas propane tank?

    A:  All gas propane tanks contain pressurized propane gas. When propane gas is pressurized it becomes a liquid. Yes, this heater uses liquid propane fuel tanks.
