31” x 35”
Yes. No Problems. Use a hole saw
The ID represents the inside dimensions and the OD represents the outside dimensions. The outside dimensions will be larger because there is a lip on the pan that flares out. The outside dimensions indicate the total space that the pan will take up on the floor. The ID, or inside dimension, indicates the size of what you can put inside the pan. Since the inside dimensions of this pan are 29 x 33, it is not deep enough to hold a unit that is 34” deep. You would need a pan that is 29” x 36” ID to accommodate this washing machine unit, as it is recommended that the pan dimensions are 2” larger than the washing machine dimensions. Unfortunately, Camco does not make a pan larger than 29” x 33” ID.
I have a Kenmore and it fit mine with room to spare

We do not have a rating or weight amount on this. It is not designed for carpet, it is designed for a flat hard floor surface. You can try, but at your own risk.
