Great smoker but already begining to rust
I bought this smoker in April of 2021. I have used this smoker about 20 to 25 times since I purchased it. I keep it covered with the Camp Chef cover any time it is not in use and yet it has started to rust..... it's very disappointing considering the amount of money I paid for this. I will give CC a lot of accolades for customer service. The first grill that I purchased came damaged and they replaced it, took a while due to covid but they took care of it.

Great Grill
I’ve owner two previous pellet grills both were Pit Boss. This Camp Chef gets to temperature so fast. I also purchased thw sidekick option with the griddle. Both work perfectly. I’m really liking this grill.

Rusted after 4 months
I purchased this in late August 2022, cooked over 15 cooks within 4 months. As I was cleaning and preparing for a Christmas cook I noticed the paint started peeling only to reveal several sections of oxidation under the paint. The grill has always been cleaned, covered and well maintained. I am highly disappointed in the quality of this grill and would not recommend nor purchase another Camp Chef product.

Great First Year
Purchased about a year ago, OUTSTANDING performance using CC and Bear Mountain pellets. Temp holds great no misfeed and low ash. Sidekick attachment kicks ash. Great investment.

Rusting after 9 months
Stored under a roof. I also purchased a Camp Chef grill cover. I clean it after every use. They did not cover the rust. Go look and you will see many other reviews about rust. I would not purchase again. The rust is showing under handle.

Terrible quality
My pellets smoker is only 9 months old and has only been used a handful of time. It is always kept under the camp chef cover after each use and most time is put inside my shed. The front and back of the smoker are completely rusting. This is ridiculous and should not be happening with a smoker this expensive.

Just get one!
We’ve add this for 30 days and have cooled it on for 27. Best grill we have ever used. You will not have a bad meal on this. The jerky racks are a must have. Made a few modifications. Check out pics. Added cord wrap hook on back because it got in the way using the handle. Added a bin for probes or bottle caps to drop into instead of on ground. Made a heavy duty base with heavy duty wheels to roll better and diamond plate just looks awesome.

Everything is great but the quality is not great
I have owned the Woodwind WIFI 24 for five months. I have the sidekick and all the accessories. I keep it outside. We cover the grill whenever I'm not using it. The Woodwind 24 and Sidekick work great and are really versatile.
However, the whole fire box's paint is peeling and it's starting to rust. I'm not sure how this is possible with a stainless steel firebox.
