If your plumber doesn't mind figuring out how to level and plumb this tub. I feel it would be a nice tub until you need help with anything. Everything has to be done from underneath as far as we could tell. You have to contact the vendor with any questions. Home depot had a phone number but it was a personal number so they wouldn't talk you. There was no other number. there are NO instructions on plumbing and leveling. I tried the chat, got that but was told to email. So I emailed and was told that my plumber would know how to do it. I told them that my plumber wanted instructions before he started the job. The next email told me to take pictures of the problem, send the pictures and they would walk the plumber through it. My plumber wouldn't touch it without the instructions. So the tub went back to the store. No problems with the store taking it back. We ordered a new one. All instructions are on Home Depot instructions. And questions were answered on the site.

    Sigh. Such high hopes.
Well. I don’t even know where to start. I say stay away from anything made by Simbashopping USA no matter how cool the tub looks. Maybe even especially if it looks too cool. We thought this would be better than basic and a safe choice. Wrong. I can only imagine what more complex models could have wrong with them. It shipped exactly as expected to the store and the store was great as the pickup location. It was light enough my husband and I could double dolly then carry into the house. That’s the end of my positives. It is made very poorly. Super thin acrylic that scratches just from looking at it. It’s base that you stand on when in the tub is not reinforced well and feels very flimsy and cheap. It says in the book (which I’ll discuss soon) that water has been ran though so basically just plug up our side and good to go. Wrong. 10 of the factory fittings were loose. The drain itself has a small leak and there’s the weld of a foot that was also broken. It is not easy to reach those fittings based on the lack of access you get. There is zero access panel, yes a skirt, but that helps reach nothing. My husband kept having to flip it upside down, even to set the leveling feet, can’t reach them from another way. He’s super handy, a remodeler by trade, and this install was a challenge. Once running, nice air jets on the bottom and water jets on the sides but the motor doesn’t seem to be running smoothly. Almost a pulsing. When you need to know something, do not count on the book helping. It’s the most horrible and hilarious read. It’s titled: THE SPECIFICATION. It’s a generic book for any one of their tub models. Nothing specific at all. It was clearly written in some other language and poorly translated into English. Only English was provided and I think I would have preferred the native. Here are some examples of its helpfulness, no typos made by me: 1. Connect the moisture catcher of the massage vat with the downcomer, if there is any warp in the connection of scupper place and bathtub falling water, you can choose tube to connect. 2. Leakage circuit breacker should be installed for the stromanschluss and insure the ground cable is dependable. Take notice of the waterproof of switch, socket and plug. 3. Power supply electric should be accord with the national security request and should connect up protective earth in the symbol of the ground cable in the hob of the bathtub. The entire manual is this way! This tub is worth half of what they charge for it, and that’s a stretch. Now we know, never again. Hopefully I’ve helped someone make a better choice.
