Nice tread option for Applewood flooring
Nice products for stairs. It created consistency with my Applewood flooring. And it is is very easy for installation. I did myself for 15 stairs in my house. It is beautiful.

Cap-A-Tread was easy to install install and it looks nice. It matches very well with my Pergo. The only reason I am not giving it a five is that it did not cut well- especially the risers. I used a special Pergo blade and the edges are rough. The blade was great for the Pergo, but not the Cap-A-Tread products.

We ordered these to match our Pergo. They have not been installed yet, but delivery was no issue (no broken/damaged pieces); will update our review once everything is completed.
This is not a perfect match to the Pergo (we expected this, since we understand that Cap a Tread only licenses their system to other brands). There is a bit of a grain to the treads so that it's not completely smooth or glossy, which is nice because the Pergo has a handscraped texture. The texture is not similar to the grain on the Pergo itself, but to us it is not that noticeable. Aesthetically it does match perfectly.
If you are looking for a Cap a Tread that matches perfectly, it may be wiser to choose a laminate with a smoother/glossier finish. Cap a Tread will try, but the texture of a laminate is ultimately created by the manufacturer and Cap a Tread can only do its best. To us we find it efficient, but if you are picky you should keep this in mind.

Do Not Buy. 40% Damage/Broken Rate.
I ordered 5 of these to give a solid finish to my stairs around the landings. Of the 5 I ordered, 2 were damaged out of the box and that is before use! I imagine they will all crack once installed and used. These crack along the edge, as they are two different pieces that are fused together. That juncture does not appear to hold very well. I would suggest you go with the cheaper and likely more sturdy stair nose molding.
