Good product, however when looking at the matching flooring which is Life Proof I would have assumed it was of the same vinyl material, this is MDF a composite board covered in a thin wood grain coating over it. I hope that being on stairs it does not wear through after time. It cut easy and looked great when finished. Cost is outrageous, $1 per INCH, no custom sizes, 47" or 93" lengths "I called the manufacturer" We bought this as we really wanted the matching material for the steps which was spot on. So if you have a 36" wide stairway "like basement stairs" you will be throwing away $15 per step. Overall if you are looking to cover your stairs this product looks great and installs easily.
