Great work pants with a craftsman ship flaw
First let me say I love these Carhartt pants. I work in HVAC/R field so I am out in all kinds of elements. Pants are very comfortable, and kind of light weight. In the summer heat don't feel like I am sweating in them. Waist size does seem to be off as others have stated. I have 2 pairs of these pants, and one is tighter then the other. 36w 32inseam. But they are comfortable anyway. My gripe is I have the pants for 6 months or so and the loop for belt has ripped away from the pants. Very disappointed as I do love these pants. Hopefully this is not a sign of poor craftsmanship. I am loyal to Carhartt, so I would like to see pants that can hold up out on the job.

Waist size is very inconsistent. I have some of these older pants in 30" fit great, maybe a little snug in the waist so I tried 31" seemed okay but still not much looser so I ordered 32" waist and the waist seems tighter than the 30" older ones I have and they look very baggy in the legs, not interested in wearing clown pants...........Moving on to another brand.
