Men's 36 in. x 32 in. Shadow Cotton/Spandex Rugged Flex Rigby Double Front Pant

Comfortable pants but just not durable clearly as the second time I wore them I noticed three holes. Did not snag on anything . Followed washing instructions. Disappointed

I got the same size 32x30 Double knee pants that I’ve bought for the last 20 years. For some reason they completely changed the material and how much smaller the same size I bought in 2019 is to 2020 to 2021. I like how the stretch material lets you breathe and not tears the first time you bend down to pick something up. I just fell in love with the Charhartt pants I got in the past and will probably look for a new work pants brand because Charhartt has been worth spending a little more for a great product and that is no longer true which sadly is a disappointment after 20+ Years of being a dedicated costumer.

I will start by saying that I am a professional plumber who works mostly on multi family residential job sites so usually my pants take an absolute beating from glue, mud, sawdust, nails, sweat, and anything else you could imagine on a large jobsite. These pants have many features that quickly made them my favorite pair however I have found that their durability is not quite what I expected. Starting with the good: these pants fit and feel absolutely amazing. I purchased a size 35 which I really appreciate because it’s an in between size that isn’t always offered but it fits me just right. The material is soft and breathable, it feels good on my skin and isn’t terribly hot even when the weather is. The double front helps protect me from glue that I am always dripping on myself when working with pvc and cpvc which I do probably 75 percent of the time. It also helps protect my knees when I’m kneeling on the rough plywood subfloor or concrete. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the fit and feel of these pants. I also really love the pocket layout these pants have. I carry a knife, a pencil, and a marker with me 100 percent of the time and my favorite place to have them is in a carpenters pocket on the right side. These pants have a nice large pocket with a great cut on the right side that makes it so easy to fish out my pencil or knife without struggle. I also use the leg pocket on the left side all the time for tools I’m currently using such as my adjustable pliers or 6 way screw driver. I also really love the cut of the front pockets and how wide and low they come down which makes it so easy to get my hand in there and pull out my cell phone while I’m wearing my tool belt which is something I have had problems with on many pairs of work pants in the past. Lastly I really like the number of belt loops and their locations. I always wear a leather tape measure pouch and there is a spot in the belt loops on both sides up front that are a great place to lace in that pouch and they prevent it from sliding around or getting in my way too much. Now on to the bad: I have owned these pants for about 3 months and just recently the crotch decided it was going to rip out right in the front where everyone can see. I purchased these pants specifically because they have a crotch gusset and being 6 foot 4 inches tall I tend to have a problem with flexibility in that region. Come to find out I had the wrong expectation of these pants. Although the stitching is strong, the actual fabric of the pants just couldn’t hold up. Maybe that’s just the trade off for the nice comfortable “flex” fabric. Maybe if you are short or don’t do a ton of bending and squatting these are the pants for you, but they just don’t seem to be fit for what I demand of them and therefor I give them a disappointing 2 stars

I buy these instead of the Painters pants that are at my local supply house .that tend to be all over the place when it comes to fits. These fit just right and are light and rugged at the same time. Doesn’t restrict movement and look professional even when they are destroyed !

I bought 36x32 because 34 length seems long well to pant size was small . I compared the to the one I have and they were a 1” shorter in the waist and 2” shorter in the length now is it me or am I the guy struggling to wear your product .

As a landscaper I always try to get the best pants . Love these cause they aren’t as heavy as the traditional but ....pants ripped in one day of wear on the seam. Love the fit but durability is questionable.

3 Starts for Form, Fit, and Comfort. -2 Stars for Durability. I like these pants - I bought two pairs. They are flexible and comfortable to wear. HOWEVER, I've NEVER had a pair of pants wear out at the crotch in a couple of months. Both pairs are paper-thin and tearing in the most embarrassing spot since I bought them at Christmas. I tried to put some iron-on patches to hold them together and make them last a little longer, but the seams won't hold. The knees, pockets, and everything else are all ok. I only wear them three days a week for work, mainly walking, doing maintenance as an electrician. :-/ For how much they cost, I expected better.

Pants are great knee pads are uncomfortable move around

I’ll never wear any other pair of pants! These pants are comfortable in any working conditions and the knee’s don’t blowout after 6 months like other pants. I can’t say enough good things about these pants!

Although this was the same item number, same size and description as another pair I have, this pair did not fit the same. Too tight around the waist. The fabric and cut were different too. Do not expect a different color to fit or feel the way another did. They may not look, feel, and fit the same.
