Cleans Boots and Shoes Without Issue

As far as boot brushes go, I believe this model to be efficient and effective. It doesn’t have any special features to clean in tight nooks and crannies of odd shoe designs, but it does have very stiff bristles that will knock away nearly all the dirt and debris that is sticking to your boot.
It’s not the most attractive looking thing you’d want on your front porch, but its two individual brushes are long enough and poseable so that they can work on any normal size shoe. Even my husband’s size 12.5 shoes were easily cleaned by this tool. My size 9 boots are somewhat dwarfed by the overall length of the brushes, so they were easier to clean. This might also be because they are narrower shoes, so that more bristles make contact with the shoe.
The steel frame of the brush arrived warped so that it does not sit flat. However, as the frame has four bolt holes it will easily flatten out when attached to a wooden board or even straight to the deck. As the brush slides around easily when attempting to use it, fastening it to another surface seems like the right way to go.

I have used these boot cleaners on my horse ranch for over 30 years. They are absolutely perfect for removing mud and soil from boots and shoes. I was glad I was able to still find the product, as I was replacing one of the original ones I bought years ago. It lasted 30 years. Not bad.
