Thank You!!!
For inventing cascade platinum omg I put my dishes in the dishwasher without rinsing ANYTHING I don't run the water at all its so freaking awesome I literally go thru withdrawal when we run out so idk if I should really say thank you or thanks a lot lol but seriously best detergent EVER!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my husband had cleaned our dishwasher door (inside) with some kind of stainless steel cleaning product to get the water stains off (it's 5+ yrs old) . I told him the dishwasher door looked amazing and what did he use? He said he hadn't done anything! It was the Cascade Platinum! WOW!! My dishwasher looks brand new!!

Does not rinse off off my Tupperware
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product leaves itself all over my Tupperware, I have to re-wash then in water to get it off. Not crowding dishes. Worst product ever, don’t buy.

We always expect your dishes to come out sparkling when you use our Platinum ActionPacs™, so we completely understand your frustration. While it’s unusual, when this happens it’s usually because
the water in the dishwasher isn’t hot enough (at least 120F/49C), the water pressure is too low, or the dishwasher sprayer arms are blocked and aren’t able to move easily. If none of these factors seem to be the problem, we recommend checking to make sure the dishwasher is getting enough water. Simply put a large mug on the top rack, open end up and run dishwasher. When the cycle is done, the cup should be completely filled with water, if not, there isn't enough water flowing into dishwasher. If you’re still having trouble after trying these tips, please give us a call at (800) 765-5516 so we can help further.

I thought I needed a new dishwasher !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used other dishwashing detergent and my dishes were not completely clean and had a dull film, And this was after prerinse ! This is amazing. My dishes came out sparkling clean. So happy with this product.

This packageing has problems
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought 2 boxes (at different times) an.d had no problems. Now half way into each box, the packets are hard and the case will not release powder into washer. I have no idea what is causing this. We close the lid to keep the rest dry.

Not impressed
I recently bought these dishwasher actionpacs. But my dishes are not getting cleaned and I noticed a gray coloring in the dishwasher after the cycle completes.

It’s so important that your dishes, and dishwasher always look their best when using Cascade, Sara, so rest assured we’re here to help. The discoloration you mentioned is likely caused by a build-up of food washed off the dishes, so to remove this, simply run the empty dishwasher through a normal cycle with one of our automatic dishwasher detergents. To prevent this in the future, and ensure your dishes always come out sparkling clean, make sure the water in the dishwasher is at least 120F/49C, water pressure isn’t too low, the sprayer arms aren’t blocked, and the cycle is long enough. Sparkling clean
Cascade Platinum Action Pacs do an awesome job of cleaning my dishes now. Before we purchased a water softener, I had to rinse every dish almost clean, but since we put in the water softener, I do not rinse them, and they come out sparkling clean!! Thanks Cascade!!

If dishes are coming out of the wash cycle still dirty this could mean the water isn't hot enough (at least 120F/49C), water pressure is too low, dishwasher sprayer arms are blocked, the cycle isn't long enough, water softener not working properly, or the rinse aid is leaking. Best at getting the tough stuff.
