Comfortable
I took pictures before opening the box that was flimsy, and totally beat up. Warnings of fragile and do not drop are insufficient. The cardboard is super thin and should be double boxed. The chair itself is nice, not sure if it will hold up over time, especially the arm rests that cannot be tightened. (Needed to get up from chair). Will most likely have to change to a different type of fastener eventually. I was looking for a chair like this that I had years back, so, I am happy with it.

Received without the canvas and the head pillow. The only thing in the package was the frame, not even protected with pads or plastic bag anything extra in the box. Please send me the canvas and pillow ASAP or I will have to return the product.
