Answer This Question

A:  I finally bought these myself. You can face the ribs either inwards or outwards. Unfortunately, I forgot to determine the minimum number of panels, but my application formed 10 in a circle easily. I believe 6 should be possible. These are really flexible

Love this stuff so far….the only thing I would warn people is to dig in the area you want to put this root blocker first so you can see how hard the ground is and how deep it looks like you can get to…I like the 2ft x panels…in my area it’s hard to dig any deeper than that…but these panels are easy to put in place and they look like they will do the job.

      Great product!
Great and easy to use product. The challenge is knowing how many to order. The description could be more specific to help people know that 2 individual panels equals one 24x24 panel. There are 10 equivalent 24 x 24 in a box or a total of 20 individual pieces. It’s confusing and I ended up ordering way too much product.

Used them to build a low retaining wall to hold back sand. Dug them in about 1ft. They slot into one another easily easily enough and I inserted metal poles into the joins and hammered them into the ground for greater stability. All fine so far.

I bought these due to queen palm tree roots starting to left the deck and crush the pool scimmer. I thought these panels would be much thicker than they actually are. You can cut these panels with tin snips very easily. Im afraid the roots will just push the panels over time, or grow under them. I guess only time will tell. I cant say i recommend or not recommend these.
