      Q:Has anyone used this on a basement floor that has old CAT urine embedded into the concrete? I have tried everything, and nothing works.

      A:  Hi-Challenger is a powerful Industrial Cleaner, but it has not been tested for Cat Urine. Concrete is porous and could be difficult to pull out. you can certainly test to see if Challenger would work for your application.
