I connected this remote to a 1995 genie intellicode. I specifically mention the brand and year of garage door because I have had issues with connecting accessories to it. That being said this set up took less then a minute. Set up is as simple as pressing the learn button on your opener then pressing your remote button the prescribed amount of times. Remote is very stylish and allows two doors to be connected to it.

The Chamberlain Clicker SS Universal Remote Control is by far the easiest “additional” install I have ever made. It is a single person quick update. I was able to set it up in less than 10 minutes. The hardest thing being I had to get out the step ladder. It is sleek and modern looking. I am impressed with just how universal it is. I tried it first on my single car garage which is not a Chamberlain and it was easily installed. Then decided I wanted the new sleek look in my car so cleared it and moved it to my double garage which is a Chamberlain. It too was a quick install. Thanks to Chamberlain for making a technological item that is easy!

No Dip-Switches!!!
These no longer have dip-switches to allow control of older devices. Many gated communities have older openers and need that feature.
