I like everything about this product had it work properly. I bought 2 as I was heading out of town and wanted it just incase. That time actually presented its self and I opened 1 to use. It didnt seam to fit correctly in my android. I had to press the connector into the phone for it to start charging. When I let go it would lose contact and stop charging. I had to wait to get to the hotel to use my wall charger.

This just keeps your phone at whatever percentage its at. If your looking for any type of charge avoid this.

I was disappointed to find out that this is not a rechargeable battery pack. It served it's purpose until depleted but I would not have purchased this item had I'd known that. I have another auxiliary battery pack that is rechargeable which led me to believe I was buying another. My bad.....read the label.

I was in a hurry and didn’t notice the type of connector. I was unable to connect the USB-C connector on the charger to the lightning connector on my phone. I was very pleased that Home Depot accepted the return.

It kept me alive at 3% so I wouldn't be bored in the car for 45 minutes in the pick up line at the elementary school. You need to turn the phone off, or put in airplane mode for it to work efficiently. I am just happy I got through that 45 minute wait. I wouldn't buy this again and will keep a chord in my car now.
