Such a disappointment..
Your “new and improved” softest ever is anything but! It’s a noticeable difference from the product we’ve grown to love. For years this has been the only toilet paper we have purchased, but the changes have us looking to another brand. This “improvement” is not worth the cost! Nice job in all of the other reviews telling people you haven’t made any changes since 2020. I just saw a commercial for your “softest ever” and I have to disagree. Not only are the sizes smaller, but the softness is not the same, and the paper is noticeably thinner now. We aren’t going to continue paying your prices for what now feels like a store brand toilet paper. Disappointed!

I love it
I'm pregnant right now and have been through a couple of harsh brands that didn't help, but hurt and cut my backside. With the Ultrasoft, I feel like I'm wiping with a cloud. It's nice to not get fissures from wiping your behind.

What have you done to your toilet paper ?!?!
When I first moved to Texas (19 years ago), your company had the brilliant idea to stock all the porta-potties in the Midway (game & ride area) of the state fair with your toilet paper. I immediately switched brands and never looked back. It was remarkably better than what I had been using and other brands on the market.
Lately, however, your product has become awful. Not only does it keep getting narrower (and is now so narrow that it is hard not to get urine on your hand) but it is thinner, weaker, and shreds like crazy. I have seen responses to other reviews that indicate that you haven't changed the product since 2020. That isn't possible. Your paper was not like this before COVID or even during the height of COVID. This may have been happening some then but it gone downhill at a rapid rate over the last few months.

Crumbles up
Idk if it’s a bad batch but this is the only toilet paper I use but lately, when I wipe, it’s been curving up. Also, They skip squares with the logo on it. It feels much thinner than normal. I’m very disappointed for it to be so expensive but work cheaply. I just went and got Angel Soft for the first time and it’s working better than the charmin( No crumbling)

We'd like to mention that the last change we made to our Ultra Soft was in February 2020, when we increased the softness. It may be helpful to know that there can be one of two causes for excessive lint. First, the softness is directly related to the amount of lint; meaning, the softer the toilet paper, the more lint there will be. The second cause is lint builds up on paper manufacturing lines. In this case, we do regularly shut down our manufacturing lines to remove excess lint in an attempt to reduce the chances of it happening. If you're dissatisfied with the amount of lint on our Ultra Soft, we recommend you give our Ultra Strong a try. The Best
I will only use Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper. I have tried others just because Charmin was not available. The other brands did not even come close to how Charmin feels. I will go to numerous stores of I have to just to find Charmin Ultra Soft.
