Recommended Reading!!! Here are a couple of things I have done over the years when using this product: FRESH OIL: I pour enough of the product on the fresh oil so it is covered on all sides by an extra 3". Wait 24 hours, sweep off the white residue. Oil is gone, and no stain! HEAVY STAINS: Pour enough of the product to cover the stains on all sides by an extra 3". Wait 24 hours, then sweep off the residue. If there are still stains remaining, Repeat the process by pouring enough of the product to cover the stains on all sides by an extra 3". Then take a scrubber and scrub the product into the stain for 60 seconds (no need to go crazy, you are just trying to help the product down into the the concrete). You should see the white product start to turn brown in certain spots. Once it is good and agitated, stop and wait 24 hours, then sweep off the white residue. Repeat one more time if necessary, but typically two times is all it takes. Waiting 24 hours, or at least 12 hours will give you better results than what the directions state to wait. Also, if you do not mind elbow grease, simply scrubbing the oil / stain for 60 seconds with a scrubber, after the first pour of the product, will help achieve better results, faster. SCRUBBER: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Quickie-Medium-Duty-Scrubber-206-1/100124204 This product is about as close as you can get to a miracle in a bottle. It really is that good and I am SHOCKED there are a couple of poor reviews. Unfortunately some people will only open a bottle, pour out the contents, and expect to see results in a matter of minutes. That WOULD be a miracle... If you have any doubts on the product, buy it, try it (by using the steps above :) and if you are not blown away with the results, simply return it to get your money back. The funny thing is once you are amazed how well this works, you will end up telling anyone who will listen how great it is. SIDE NOTE: I did not get this product for free, or discounted and I have no affiliation with Chomp. I am mere Contractor who enjoys sharing positive info we acquire daily. Cheers!

Next to it a recent power steering fluid stain about 2'x2'. Was dubious about the claims, but was ready to try anything, as nothing I had tried before had worked at all. Put the product on at noon on a sunny 80 degree Florida day. Left it overnight. Cleaned it up the next morning. Both stains were completely gone. The bottle says it covers 25 sq. ft. Actually it will do about half that. Also, you will not just sweep the residue up. I got mine up using a welder's wire brush and a shop vac. A lot of elbow grease. Then hosed it down with a jet from a garden hose. there is still a "very" faint white residue in the pits of the pavers. I could get it out now by going over it with the wire brush again, but one or two rainstorms will do the job just as well.

My personal experience was great. I have a car which has an oil leak and it is cheaper to use this product every couple of weeks than to replace engine gaskets. Over the past year, I have gone through one bottle and will be buying another soon. I loved it.

Gave it 4 1/2 stars because it removed almost all of the deep stain caused by the leaking differential housing of our grandson. Only a light patch remained on our new, unsealed pavers. Had tried dish soap, paint thinner, etc. to no avail. Really glad to find this product---worked far better than expected.

This stuff did not get any part of the stains out. It didn’t make it look even partially better. It only created a white powdered look over the top of the oil stains. Not easy to just brush away either. Took a while.
