A: Far as I know, it can not be use on any exterior areas is not made for it. But home depot has other galvanized metal corners for exterior purposes. Is for interior use only.

A: Fold it with metal inwards, for outside corners and vice-versa for inside corners.

A: You may be able to use it, but also home depot has different corners and a flexible metal tape for other areas that may be more useful and more easy to work with. You only have to stop by in a store and see what they have, that will help you more and get better idea.

A: For those angles I will probably recomend you a metal flexible tape, will give you exact what you need, go to the home depot drywall section and you will see it there, it comes in a box.
